Please rest assured that there is no immediate change for our customers. You can continue to use our banking services as normal and you don’t need to do anything. We want to provide you with a more personal service, with real people to talk to – people who will listen to you and put your needs first. That’s why we’ve put local Bank Managers into our branches who are on hand to help you with any questions you may have.
